Attending school here was a mistake. Despite having a few cool professors and beneficial classes, the experience wasn't worth the cost. I feel like I missed out on a better experience. Campus life is non-existent for those not involved in sports or agriculture. The food is both bad and expensive. The library reduced its hours. I've had so many issues with my account being locked before tests. Administrative staff is incredibly entitled and bitter, making tasks like receiving aid, refunds, and permits miserable experiences. Many school policies prioritize the business model, resulting in excessive fines and charges without corresponding facility improvements. Parking costs $120 a year, with the policy claiming it's a privilege and absolving responsibility for providing adequate spots for all students. It is not difficult to provide parking for students who are already paying nearly $500 over four years. I regret attending and I can't wait to continue my education at a reputable school.

As a graduate student pursuing my Master's in Computer Science at Angelo State University, my journey has been enriching and transformative. Hailing from India, I initially faced the challenge of settling into the serene yet somewhat quiet city of San Angelo. However, the campus atmosphere provided a tranquil and diverse environment conducive to learning and personal growth. The peaceful surroundings allowed me to focus on my studies, while the university's vibrant community helped me feel welcomed and supported. Through engaging courses, supportive faculty, and diverse peers, Angelo State University has not only enhanced my academic knowledge but also broadened my cultural horizons, making my experience truly invaluable.

I honestly wasn't planning on liking ASU, I only went because some friends of mine went here and the aid was good. But as soon as I got here on the first day of Freshmen "Rambunctious Wee," I knew this would be my forever home. The teachers and staff are all so kind, I've gotten tight with the food staff on campus even. Because it is a sister school with Tech, we have the same curriculum, meaning we get D1 education without D1 prices. There are so many opportunities to get involved and find your crowd. Even the campus cats are fat and happy. Great place to live. The only downside is the Cafeteria and Chick-fil-a are kind of mid, but it's still way worth it.
