Alla YI want to thank the team at this Tire discounters. My family was on our way back from Florida heading to Indianapolis and we had a tire blow out. The team stayed two hours past closing to take care of us. I could not thank them enough for being so courteous, professional and just having all around great hospitality and customers service. I can honestly say I was not expecting to get taken care of right away but they did everything in their power to make sure that me and my family was ready to get back on the road as soon as possible. ButlerWe came in off the interstate pulling out fifth wheel with a leaky tire valve. They were very accommodating and professional and quick!! We had to wait about 20 minutes for our mechanic to return from lunch. Which wasn’t a big deal at all, but he apologized for our wait!! This place is A+

Rory SmithI drove in off the interstate with a loss of power problem. The mechanic did a good job finding the problem. 1 spark plug wire was cracked and burnt. He put 6 new wires in. I couldn't believe the bill when it came time to pay. $97.12 for the wires and $269.75 for labor and $ $39.61 for shop supply fees ? I told them I was from out of state and trying to get back to Ohio. My mistake. I should've lied and said I was local. I gave 2 stars for the mechanic who did a good job, 0 for being taken advantage of. I know the manager will dispute my review and have excuses that I can't reply to afterwards but when my van was done he still made me wait until after closing and no one else was there before he gave me my bill in case I wanted to throw a fit and yell. No customers would witness it. I didn't.

Joe fHad a valve stem start leaking through the wheel while towing our fith wheel. Bad enough when we pulled in the tire was almost completely flat. They quickly repaired it and would not except any payment. The only thing he said was just make it home safe.That is A plus service and couldn't thank them enough.

He was processional cheerful and as I waited for my vehicle I watched and listened to him solve every problem that walked in the door or came on the phone. Problem solver should be his nickname. SAMAH AIf I could give 10 stars, I would. I was traveling with my three young kids and my mother and the air pressure in our back tire kept getting low. We spend the last seven hours of our car ride constantly putting air in the tires. We called and called around and no one could help us. Either they were too busy and couldn’t get us in or asked us to keep our car there overnight. We finally called this place and Kevin was a Godsend. They were about to close but he still waited for us to come so that he could help us. He was very nice and respectful and extremely professional and took care of us fast enough so we could get to our destination three hours away. What should have been the worst thing about the trip turned out to be the best. I hope you see this Kevin and know that you helped out a family tremendously and we will always remember you.
